I am available to provide professional training to agencies working with foster care and adoption, early intervention programs, social service agencies, and providers seeking continuing education hours. Available topics include Early Childhood Trauma, Infant Mental Health, Child Assessment, and Early Intervention for Foster & Adopted Children. I have worked with groups as small as a half-dozen and as large as 200.
I am adjunct faculty in the ATTACh-recognized post-graduate Attachment Therapy Certificate Program through Cascadia Training, and sit on the Advisory Board for the University of Washington's post-graduate Psychological Trauma Certificate Program. I teach regularly at adoption agencies and child welfare divisions, as a field and classroom instructor at the University of Washington School of Social Work, and train professionals of varied disciplines at national conferences including the Child Welfare League of America, the Division for Early Childhood, the National Indian Child Welfare Association and others. |
